That Metal peace on the inside of the filter comes off and will go in the turbo.. it happen in my Na car and made the throttle stuck wide-open.. but if it happens to you that turbo is going to send metal through the motor.. don’t use that intake filter they are junk.. hit that like button so he sees this guys..

yeh K&N uses an epoxy on that part for their filters like this. I didnt see this on his filter.

It’s like ram air intake... it only took a month and that piece fell off.. I went under a bridge and punched it like most people do when going under a bridge.. throttle stuck wide-open and Luckily the piece of metal was to big to got in the motor and I knew what to do and turned the car off.

The drier has a desiccant that removes moisture from the AC lines. If the drier is exposed to atmospheric air, especially in Florida, it will start to absorb moisture from the air and be less effective.

That a/c receiver dryer is designed to absorb moisture (water) within the ac system. Pulling a vacuum also aids in removing moisture in addition to seeing if you have any leaks. Anytime the a/c system is opened that dryer should be replaced. If you have moisture within the system it could damage your compressor also stops your a/c from working correctly. Hence why you should not have the dryer open to atmosphere for too long it will absorb the moisture in the air and render it useless. Edit in some a/c systems the dryer is also used to hold excess refrigerant and oil if the system is overfilled. Lubricate all your a/c o-rings with a/c compressor oil before installing them seal better less chance of a pinched O-ring.

They "flutter" sound may be Compresor surge. If it is so, you will loose your turbo very soon. Try higher frequency on your turbo solenoid, and if the "flutter" sound does not go away, you need to retune the ecu, (choose other turbo, other A/R or something) othervise you will be badly suprised.

Why not loop the vacuum block offs? They're kind of tacky to have a ton of those ziptied and that lower one with the bolt in it is going to blow the bolt somewhere you don't want it to be under boost

Ye they are insanely punchy and make all the noises. I feel like he should of gone for the GTX2860.. he's loosing a bunch of response and mid range from that small engine. Bigger isn't better even if you can get it for the same price. We just built an SR20 with a GTX2860 and it makes 350nm @ 4,000rpm (380nm @5k peak), comes on insanely fast.

Good idea to put the A/C back on. Being the winner is in Florida, not having A/C and Power steering in South Florida makes a car sooo uncomfortable that it you will almost hate driving the car about 6 months of the year. .... Edit: I hope your leak isn't the condenser because those are expensive.
