Yesss! You have to use the distributor relocation when you swap a 20v in Ae86 or you’d have to either convert to coil packs or bash your fire wall in.

its just a 20v 4age. silvertop or blacktop. probably blacktop. same engine as in the first panda one you showed with ITBs. just has a dizzy relocation kit so you don't need to bash the firewall to make it fit (since the motor was originally intended for fwd configuration)
