Sammy Hagar and The Circle is a legit band and have put out new material and Live material that includes material from all of Hagars past efforts. Sammy doesn't need the money, he just likes to play. As far as this particular video it is from Sammy's Birthday Bash an event that occurs every year for a while now. @@johnwattdotca
