This song is so special to me. I met my husband 25 years ago i was 33 and had been a widow. He has been such a wonderful dad to my 2 boys . I was diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer 5 years ago, went through grueling chemo, radiation , surgery and more chemo and he was there for me every step of the way . I moved back home because my daughter was pregnant with my first grand baby. I've was diagnosed with MS 16 years ago. I move about in a wheelchair now. It's a painful and tough disease for sure. But, my husband of 33 years is there for me 24/7. My father had many heart attacks and we didn't think he would live much longer. My mother up and left me and my sister to take care of him. He looked real bad...My sister decided she would finally have a child she'd been wanting for so long. Finally the time came and my nephew was born ,his father was of no use so my dad stepped up and helped raise this beautiful little boy. Me and my sister would come home late for work and see my daddy holding this beautiful baby and dancing him to sleep to this touching song along with many other Sammy songs. My father did this for many years and I always felt it was such a beautiful thing watching them interact. Especially those hours rocking him to sleep while dancing to this song. 3yrs ago I let drugs completely destroy everything that I was working for in my life. House cars ,too many tools to mention ,but what hurts the most is I was so self centered that I didn't realize I was driving my children away from me. It really does come down to me letting addiction take the joy that my children brought me. I know that God loves me, I mean to love enough to sacrifice your child is nothing short of amazing. I have been struggling to stay strong and beat this. It's even harder when you feel unloved. I have a beautiful wife now and I will never be able to tell her how much she means to me. I will not let her fail on taking a chance with me. I am glad that I have been given a chance to show how much I have matured and now with my wife and God I will plant beautiful seeds. Billie Jo Smith if you ever read this you are my Angel that God sent to guide me and I will not let you down

In 1998, i met a girl online. I was 18, she was 16. We hit it off instantly and became close. We lived 900 miles apart. Over the past 20 years we both had a string of failed relationships. We kept in touch over the years always feeling that sense that we were meant to be together but we never met in person. There is always some wonder about a person you dont know in person no matter how well you get along over distance. I was finally able to meet her and her family last month. It was called Cupid's chapel of love, we got married their July 25th 2000 and we're still going strong with four grown kids. Sad news was the chapel burned down in that terrible fire 4-5 years ago on Gatlinburg. They never rebuilt it

This song helped me beat Alcohol addiction. I listened to it in the ICU unit going through some tough times. Doctor told me had I continued on for another day or two I wouldn't be here. It literally dropped all my level from Potassium, Magnesium, Sugar levels, extremely high blood pressure lips turned blue face broke out into scales. Very scary situation. There's certain songs that touch you they reach out and grab you and this song did.
