I recently just got a LOAD of records and out of all of them these ones that I'm using in the video today were my favorite and I think they all worked well together in the beat that I made on the MPC 500. Just some pure digging and sampling today at its best. Let me know if you guys have any of these records aswell and what you think of them in the comments!

@@ThaREC People overlook the skill of sample selection. It's not always about doing a complex flip with microchops, but just picking a certain sample and deciding it's already perfect as it is. Think that's one of most imporant skills to master a lot of people don't pay attention too.

Hey bro this beat is dope af, I been thinking about getting into producing as I know a lot of different stuff ab music theory (I’ve been playing guitar for three years and used to play drum set) but I don’t rly like computers so would u suggest a mpc 500? I also plan to sample a lot

producing on the mpc is kinda a whole different type of producing than on a computer. Ive said many times before that the mpc500 does have less functionality but if your using it for the workflow and style that it gives then you really can't beat it for your first mpc, and obviously all the mpc's were designed with heavy sampling in mind. Tbh i don't think i can help really that much coz its all personal preference but i'd suggest to watch some videos, speak to some people and just get a good idea of what each option for producing gives

When I first started buying vinyl I got whatever I could get my hands on ended up with a 1960's learn to drive vinyl. It has pride and place in my main collection. Also any storytime vinyls have absolute heat on them, got an actual fire sample from a rupert the bear story vinyl 😎 Nice beat bruh MPC 500 gang 👊 I brought another one saw it for cheap and couldn't resist 😥
