Samson Dauda wins 2024 Mr. Olympia!

In a massive upset, the Mr. Olympia title returns to the UK after 27 years as Samson Dauda beats both reigning Mr. O Derek Lunsford and 2022 champ Hadi Choopan! We also review Classic. as Chris Bumstead won his 6th title and retired on stage.

To be fair…..no one was predicting Derek and Hadi would be as off as they were. Samson would have won if they were on.

It is a joke. Lundsford sucks and went back to his inflamed lat site injections. Hadi was filled to the brim shoulders and arms with synthol fake filler. Samson looked ok & has less obvious flaws. Was Samson huge, full, & peeled ??? Absolutely not. But Samson is tall and beat two peanuts with obvious fake bodyparts

I look at it as the criteria has changed. The two pipsqueaks full of "fillers" & synthol were marked down and the tall guy who wasn't in shape but had CLEAN lines won.

Giles is it still a terrible decision for Samson to have competed 2 weeks ago just before the Olympia?? Samson also added something to the press conference by taking his shirt off, and showing love for competition. Hopefully others will start competing more at shows, rather than just waiting for Olympia.

Dereck was out of shape. He looked flat from the front and wasn't as crisp as at the last Olympia. Hadi, in the evening, had legs that grew like mushrooms and looked like his old self, showing more conditioning than everyone else, as usual. He should win the Olympia. Andrew came back in the evening better than in the morning. I had Samson in second place, and when they announced him as People’s Champion, I said, 'Okay, Hadi is going to be Mr. Olympia.' Congratulations to Samson and his wife that she accomplished a good JOB. No need for Milos. I had Hadi or Samson. Hadi should come back to compete in the Arnold Classic and try to win the $500,000 prize. In Classic Physique, For me, Sommer should have won the Olympia; he was better than CBum. Usually, CBum wins the Side Chest, but Sommer took that shot. Sommer's legs were way better than CBum's, and his double biceps pose was astonishing because his arms are better. His lat spread, abs, and serratus were also impressive. I think the judges wanted to reward CBum since he already has five Sandows.

NOPE. Lundsford should have never won and was lucky to make top 3. He also was back to his obvious lat site injections. Hadi was improved & peeled yet was FULL OF SYNTHOL from the caps of the shoulders down to the biceps. Samon was not peak huge, full, & peeled. Samson looked ok (for 6 weeks out) & was compared to two peanuts with obvious flaws and fake bodyparts.
