My Samsung dryer Model # DV365ETBGWR/A3 ( 2013 model ) was not getting power to the control panel, nothing happened when I pushed the power button. circuit breaker was OK, dryer receptacle has power (230 V. ) ... was ready to start checking door switches, and power button, decided to check out some you-tube vids for disassembly info and parts, thank the Lord, I found this video by Michael B. Thanks for watching & welcome to the DIY Raptor Club. Any update? This type of control panel behavior is usually due to the panel itself being in its early stages of failure. We really appreciate that, any update? By chance, did your home experience a power outage in the last few weeks? Or…🤔…was there severe weather that moved through your area during times that you were away from home or sleeping? Any power outages or temporary power interruptions due to weather, can cause havoc to your electronics within the system. Since you have replaced several parts, it’s possible that your power cord was damaged. You may need to replace power cord. Please keep us posted. 🧰

@DIYwithMichaelBorders3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the update & the next thing most do is go right to replacing the main board located on upper left of machine. Another step to do is inspect control panel internal wiring. Removing the top cover will gain you access to the back of panel where you can inspect panel wiring. Check for any signs of overheating, melting, corrosion at connection points, or loose or disconnected connection points.

Thanks for watching & welcome to the DIY Raptor Club. There are screws on inner portion of door that secures latch. It’s possible that the screws are slightly loose allowing the latch to wander and get stuck inside the washer portion latch. A friendly tightening of the screws to secure that door latch may help.

Good morning, thanks for watching and sharing this. You may need to remove your panel and inspect the backside where the electrical wiring and connection points are. Look for any damage wires, melted or corroded wires and connections, as well as large amounts of dust buildup on the electrical connections. Or…it may even be as simple as just a loose connection on the backside of your selector button panel. Keep us posted.
