I followed your instructions, and I replaced my board. Thank you soooo much, you saved me about $600, since that's what a local repair company wanted to fix it. The only bad thing, not your fault, it took 12 weeks to get the part!

You the man! The only thing I experienced was the local appliance parts place sold both boards separate! I gambled on the one board being it was sold more often! The part number for that is: DC92-01992F it is the smaller board. Works like new now! Thanks again!

I just wanted to thank you for this video; we were having the same problem and now it's fixed! Your instructions were very clear and helpful, thank you! Note to anyone else doing this repair: we ordered the part from an appliance parts store (Amazon was out of stock) using the exact same part number but we only received one section of the panel-not both sections. Fortunately though, that one section fixed our problem.

@@baptistlion4060 All I know is we received the bigger section of the part and when we switched them out our washer was working again. (FYI: none of the buttons on the washer worked but we never say the display say "18:8J" so maybe our problem was a bit different?)

Thank you for video. We ordered the part and it will be here Friday (I hope). It is backordered on most sites and this makes me think that this is a very common problem. Would not be surprised if this was a class action lawsuit against Samsung for this series of washers. This is not the first thing that I have had to fix on our Samsung FlexWash and it is unacceptable. Peace.

I’m having the same issue it’s just my washer doesn’t power on at all. Any suggestions what it could be? Before it stopped working I was having issues reading the buttons as well and now it just won’t power on at all.

I have same model but it doesn’t spin. It spin first couple turns then permanently stop. Tried to replace the door switch, balanced up, cleaned filter, reset… nothing helps. Any suggestions please thanks

This thing is a turd. Board is $200. The main one is $100. The rear one is $150. By the time youve truly repaired this issue your into a new one.
