Me Too. Samsung wants you to buy a new refrigerator if you spill something that seeps below the glass!! Their web site has instructions on removal of the shelf but it just says to "push in" on the tabs. Well the tabs are invisible and you need two small screwdrivers to depress them.

@@jackaubert7509 Agreed. Unfortunately, everything is getting super “complicated” or “proprietary” these days. Seems like vendors have cracked the code of making more profit by doing everything they can not to allow the consumers to be able to maintain their items themselves.

Thanks for the video. The back two clips pop out straight up, but are easily broken and the glass is too. The one front tab holding the glass down is easy to break too, and it looks like you broke yours. I broke mine too! 😊 There actually doesn’t look like there is a front middle tab on you model.

@@QbutNotTheQ Thanks for your input. I actually didn’t break mine (surprisingly). 😅 I did come very close to breaking it but it didn’t break luckily. These Samsung French door refrigerators have different variations but for the most part their design layouts are quite similar to each other from what I’ve seen so far.
