@@HuNtOziO that’s a very subjective opinion in the space of pc gaming. Where as to a tv panel I would agree, I regular with some of the literal best, yearly. But in the space of a monitor, this one being 34” is your traditional 1440 UW, IG been using this resolution since the old school Predator. Like he mentioned in this video, it’s pixilated, for me the trade off of have a better panel technology wouldn’t be worth that. If they had chose to do like LG did with the 38 UW and went after a 3840x1600, it would have made this much tighter. The Neo G8 is 4K. This simply can’t look as good as that because of that, panel tech aside if you are center mass with the G8 then it’s damn near flawless to many consumers.

@@AllAboutTKK the 240hz on the g8 has scanline issues, making it pointless, hdr has blooming. For pc Ultrawide is superior plus the curve makes it more immersive plus perfect blacks and amazing response time. The g8 is not ultrawide. This g85sb has the same panel and specs as the aw3423dw which for $1200 poops on the g8.

For those who don't value apps. remember that apps are a revenue source for Samsung. So you are not paying all the revenue for the monitor. Ever wonder why TVs are so cheap? That's why.

Please make sure you have the wifi off 24/7 until the monitor dies 😜 People who bought the Ark are complaining how the firmware update destroyed their monitors
