I come from a mid range of 2017, and I"m a light user (KZbin, WhatsApp mostly). The main improvements compared to my old phone were the camera, the storage, stereo speaker and it's faster when you transition to another app. For the rest, here are the downsides: **some parts of the screen are not super responsive. (You really have to push for it to react. Even so, sometimes, it's not reacting, you need to press somewhere else) **sometimes the phone doesn't ring when you are being called or get a message (both via WhatsApp or and normal) **KZbin is being buggy. You cannot scroll through the comments while watching a video. I also had this issue lately with my previous phone but not as bad. The battery is fine and takes less than 2 hours to charge. I've had this phone for over a week, but I can already say I'm kinda disappointed by it as it cannot take care of the basic tasks properly.

Yes, indeed...and stereo speakers! I am glad Samsung is listening to its customer base and has decided to incorporate a headphone jack and ADC in a budget model, but why they drop them from their flagship models is beyond me. Perhaps it's an engieering problem. In nay case, there are still lots of people around who understand the superior sound fidelity of wired headphones over wireless.

Samsung A35 released too, bezels are much less prominent on that model. A55 too, but afaik A55 is only available in international markets, not the US. The A54 is still around in the US though.

What resolution you used to tested a camera, i hope you add a text when the testing camera, its ultrawide, wide and the vidio test resolution is 1080 30fps, 1080 60fps or 4k 30fps, so we know that your test it. Sory bad language

Go for the galaxy a24, you can find it for a much cheaper price than the a25, it came out in 2023, it also (imo) is a much better buy for the price tag. The a25 is an exact copy of the a24 only more expensive.
