I can confirm that my a70 is pretty impressive with gaming and overall speed between apps. That 25 charger fills up the grand battery. However my carrier removed my case. 😔. Great review man

Yeah got this phone, a pretty ok upgrade going from my S7 to A70. I am a sucker for the screen size. Also I liked how it has a really good quality/prize level. I love that they ship with the "flagship" battery for the phone and other features aren't the best but they are ok.

What makes me prevent from buying samsung's a70 series is it's chipset is 1 year late. A70 was released with sd675 even if the best available chipset for midrange phone in sd730 was already available back then and other brands were already using 730/730g, similar to a71 this year, it has 730(730g in other regions) even if sd765 is already available and other brands will use it on their top midrange phone.

What makes it expensive is OneUI. I mean sure the specs are shit but the OneUI is king. Believe me, u switch to a OneUI samsung you might not wanna go back, its the easiest version of android to use, and with flipboard turned off its one of the most lag-free implementations. Better than samsung experience 9.5 from 2 years ago

My only question is this. Is this phone decent and good for playing CODM and PUBG? Like no lagging and plays smoothly. My Samsung Galaxy Express Prime isn't good for games like those. I don't want a fancy expensive phone. I just want a SAMSUNG phone with good gaming performance.

Using it since aug end last year the screen had flickering issues and chrome and other app keep crashing that's fixed however after the android 10 update the blue light filter turns on by itself in the evening and goes off in morning even though I didn't set it up to a schedule. Will have to bring the phone to the service center to have that sorted. Other than that this is a great device my rating 5 out of 5.

That was a problem with Google books.. off the reading mode there and things will be fine.. even you turn it on a previous device it'll still make your current phone blue light filter so dim

Theres a trick to it where it supports widescreen (almost fullscreen) where if you press the multitask button, the netflix shrinks into a miniplayer and when you tap the full screen on the miniplayer you can then pinch the screen so that it creates a Pixel 4-like display (camera notch is hidden.)

I use it and it's quite good! People say fingerprint scanner is bad but it works fine for me, only critic is the camera is a bit in the softer side

@@lukeson8934 I agree, the camera software is not the best, they had to put a triple camera setup, and push 25 megapixels, just to take a good photo. With good light I've taken amazing photos tho, just gotta be a bit more deliberate and and have a more patience with it at times.

The Umidigi has software bugs and doesn't get security updates nor Android upgrades like Samsung. I'm switching to Samsung because of this. I can't deal with software bugs on a cell phone.

You should buy the OnePlus 7 pro for $350-400 better specs, display and full screen display. It's only a little smaller than the a70 and you might find it even cheaper if u look hard enough. Hopefully I helped someone out 👍:)

it has a technical problem with the USB contact, after time it make annoying notification all the time connected , disconnected making the screen on all the time, draining the battery repidly, the device then get hot ... it is common problem with almost all, i think it is fabrication problem , it need more investigations from specialists

I had mine for few months now, so far I had a good experience, came with a plastic screen protector preinstalled, you also get a slim case as mentioned, mine has alot of memory 128gb, recently got an update to android 10, screen quality is good, had no problems with performance interms of lagging or freezing so far, camera.. I honestly hardly took alot of pics with it but so far the ones I took were fairly decent maybe not flagship quality but good enough, you also have features such as super slow mo video recording, you can also take pictures by saying words like "capture" e.t.c, the hardware even though plastic looks stylish and glossy, the screen design with minimal bezels allows for some interesting wallpapers (if you are into that). I dont think you will regret your purchase.

Anyone got one? Is it fragile if you drop it? Mine isn't quite a dead phone but, the screen is gone! That's after two drops. 😢😠 LOL, it is really super useful as a multipurpose phone. I bought it after seriously considering the Samsung Note 10+ The A70 is useful, and it still has a headphone jack. But, I really do think this phone is *FRAGILE* !!!! That is such a fault!!! I've dropped phones before and not had them break even after some heinous multiple tumbles onto concrete. This was a stupid fall onto a hardwood floor, twice. Dang phone fell out of my pocket. Dammit!!! I'll just buy another one. They're still just a fraction of the price of some nice flagship phones (he mentioned). So, suggest me a case please? Must I buy an Otterbox case for $49.95? Seems silly.

I can say beats iphone x big time.. the display is amazing.. battery amazing.. camera not good.. especially in low light but at this price point we can't ask for more.. other than that everything is superb.. go for it.. really great phone.. thank you for giving great product at a affordable price samsung.. 25 watt power brick is awesome usb c to c ends.. pre installed screen protector.. and case.. lovely.. value for money.. mid range phone..only issue is software updates not always on time so is the security patch.. but overall my score 9.80/10 coz .20 I deduct for the poor cam in low light and even selfies not that great.. and 6.7 inch amoled display beats the shit out of the expensive iphone 12 pro max 6.7 oled display.. if am not wrong samsung supplies display to iphone and sony supplies sensors for their cam on iphones.. has face unlock too..
