i have the snapdragon version and i honestly love this device. it's slim, lightweight, easy to carry, easy to use, fast, beautiful display, does everything i want it to with ease, long lasting battery life, and a gorgeous design. i would recommend this laptop to anybody looking for something that does basic tasks like surfing the web and watching netflix

Will this laptop smoothly run Android Studio (small project) and light videos editing in Adobe Premiere (or Vegas Pro)? I'm really into the design of this laptop, really love it. Hope the author or any other reader would kindly answer my question.

I doubt it can run that software well. I looked at the benchmark score of the CPU on cpubenchmark.net and it only scored 3,390. That's like an i3 from 4, 5 years ago. This laptop is more for light use, on the go use. You should get a Surface laptop or a Surface Pro if you are always going to use it on a table/desk. eBay has good prices! I've purchased 4 on eBay =p

how about the s pen, will it work the same was as on the flex version ? Is it possible to install it and have it setup like when your palm doesnt aktivate the screen while typing etc ? Seems to be some contradictions to this whan you read the web. According to samsung, s pen will work, but according to others it doesnt. Maybe differes between if you go for the arm or intelprocessor ?

@Courtney King yea, noticed. Bought a "dumb" pen and it works, but still its not nice typing on it since its like the screen cant cope with fast typing. The lines that should look like letters, takes shortcuts and makes it sort of unreadable. Any idea why this is ? My 3 year old samsung phone works 100 times better, and that has a higher resolution, so I really dont get it.

@Courtney King yes. If im typing on it, the letters gets all malformed because the screen doesnt seem to be up to speed. Compared to when I write on my two phones (samsung 28+ 3 y old, and a s20fe) its not even comparable.

I have both the Snapdragon and the Intel versions. The Snapdragon gets a lot of compatability issues with many apps. Cannot have Google drive desktop installed. The battery life can reach 10 hrs after about 5 years old. The screen is bright and a little bit blueish. The intel version is much better for daily use, unfortunately the battery will last max 4 hrs after 5 years old. The screen is less bright and a bit redish. Both version have the same issue with the fingerprint reader, does not work very good. Face recognition does not work because of camera problem.

Xbox and fortnite are not available for ARM chips. Fortnite had a huge debacle with Apple (which would possibly affect ARM devices)

Wait for a few months until developers have optimized ARM or get someone to install you rosetta lmao. I have a x86 and would unlikely switch to a ARM laptop

Hi! There is no KZbin app available in the Microsoft store, but as its Windows, you can get the full desktop experience of KZbin via your browser. A great tip if you're using Microsoft Edge as your browser is to use the web apps feature. In the top right-hand corner of the Edge browser, you can turn any webpage, including KZbin, into an app that will be available right there on your desktop, start menu, and taskbar. Hope that helps.

Hey! Office is available as part of a Microsoft 365 subscription seperate. The Book S does have a card slot for expandable storage.
