Headphone jack is usefull, as wired headphones can be used as an antenna for radio, they are cheaper, they don't require charging, there is no lag (which occurs with my 120$ wireless headphones, but only half a second of latency, still noticeable). Also you can use a lot of accessories with the headphone jack. The pen is usefull to write stuff, and as said in the video the new bluethoot feature can be used for things like school presentations, taking pictures, etc. This phone is meant for certain type of people, that needs a phone with a wireless controller/good stylus/power /storage/good battery.

EXACTLY! I hate when people say it's only an incremental upgrade. The iPhone had the same design for 4 or 5 years. Technology doesn't move that fast! That spec sheet is nasty! I remember watching a video on a dream phone 2 years ago and even dreaming it didn't offer everything this phone does or has. Honestly screens can't get much better im terms of resolution. Upgraded processors, and cameras will be the main attraction along with storage. 512 gigs and the fact you can expand it is crazy! That's more than some laptops! Honestly what more could you want! Peter Parker sucks because other than battery life, no ip68, and no expandable storage, I love my note 5. But, it's pegged out at 64gb. And replacement phone parts are garbage. I've bought "the highest quality battery" from reputable companies, and they are garbage. Worse than my 3 year old Samsung battery. And that's bad. I get like 2-4 hrs combined usage. Usually charge the phone 5+ times a day. It's still really fast though.

I still have a note 5 that I got three years ago and have not had a single problem up until last month. I've never had any lag issues, no random reboots, no issues with the battery, has very minimal OLED burn and no software related problems. I wasn't going to to upgrade as this phone is basically perfect however, it's been used on many, many dirt bike adventures that involved crashes, heat, dust, rain, mud, snow, more crashes, dirt, many drops, etc. The optical stabilizer sometimes makes a weird noise and has a hard time keeping the sensor in check. It's time for me to finally upgrade and this is the one I think i'm going to get but I'm going to wait a month or two just in case there's some bugs :p

Apple could use more ram, but they don't have to. Android uses too much ram, and it gobbles up battery with more ram. That's why a 3500 mAh battery is still about even(within 20 minutes) on a s9plus with a 2700 mAh on a iPhone x
