Battery protection is so nice!! I have it on my laptop and because it's always on the charger I've got it set to max 80% charge. My only gripe is that ASUS removed the 60% option. For those of you that don't know, leaving your battery at 100% for extended periods of time damages the battery. Which is also why it's not smart to have your phone on the charger after it has charged fully.

Don't buy S24 if you have S23. There are merely little upgrades. Besides the AI and chips dragon 3 nothing seems to be amazing. If you are holding S21 and above I suggest you can wait for S25. Not many people fancy the AI and it is not stable yet.

Director video is better than dual recording because we can't shift to the cameras while recording but in director mode we can shift to ultra wide to telephoto while recording

I am a Samsung Knight. However in terms of upgrade It's an incremental upgrade . Better AOD, Flat screen , 2600 nits, snapdragon gen 3. As an owner of the s23 Ultra, I'll wait for the z fold 6 and hope they use the best prototype designs and give it 100% to be as good or better than the Huawei mate x5 and Honor Magic V2 RSR Porsche edition as first large foldable w integrated s pen. This upgrade is only for those who have the s22 or s21 or older , if you have the s23 ultra I recommend waiting one more year. With that being said android offers more value like multi tasking , stylus pen w gestures, foldable innovation, advanced emulation no limitations etc. This is exactly why Samsung, Google, Huawei and Xiaomi , One plus and Red Magic and the entire android family will always be lightyears ahead of ios and why I will never return my main sim to ios ever again.

I suggest you wait for S25. AI in S24 will expired in 2025 according to their fine print. Besides AI features will sure to have some bugs initially. Wait for Samsung to fix the bugs and by then S25 is ready. I hope future S25 will have a bigger battery capacity say around 7000MAH instead of 5000MAH same as S23. I felt that S24 series are overpriced and they should upgrade their battery capacity to 7000 MAH and allow their AI features to be used freely instead of expiring it in 2025.

I think Samsung is about do some shady practice to the Samsung Knights. I heard that the Samsung s24 series A.I. is only for 1 year!!!! So does the phone have A.I. or not? Do people have to pay a monthly or yearly subscription for A.I. for the S24 series next year? It reminds of BMW and Tesla pulling unfair business practices when you buy the vehicles. You have to pay a subscription to use some feature that you already brought with the vehicle. If it is true, what is the point of upgrading to the S24 series. I will stay with my few years old Samsung flagship.

No SD card support, no thanks....8k 300MB files for 30 seconds of video and super gigamegapixel cameras and no freaking place to store them. Not to mention if the SOC dies you lose all the things....This is like buying a Ferrari with a 1/2 gallon fuel tank. Flash is not that expensive in 2024 the only reason they took expandable storage away is pure greed to drive people into cloud subscriptions. Why do I say that? Well, like I said flash is cheap the SOC with a 10% percent premium only doubles the memory, they could throw 2TB on the SOC easily but they do not. Cloud storage solutions have their own problems. The least of which is they can cut of access to your photos at their whim. But what if you do not have a connection to the internet due to all the reasons that can happen? Also, don't give the water proofing BS because the sim tray is still there and it used to house the SD card. Until people say NO and stop pushing/buying this crap then this will continue. I have a Note 10+ and if this trend continues and SD cards don't come back or at the very least memory capacity doesn't expand, then this will be my last Samsung phone. No thanks
