What a useless, non-innovative thing to do from Samsung ... I've never heard anyone complain that the current line-up of phones "are too thick and we need a slim one". The only complaint people had to thickness of phones were to Samsung's FOLD phones; especially after comparing to the Mate XT. This is just Samsung copying from Apple again ... I'm not even an Apple user and this makes no sense (even some Apples users don't know why they need a "slim" phone either). Instead samsung should be innovating with new battery tech/screen tech or new thermal tech to keep phones even cooler underload or new capabilities for phones like a new way to track or use the phone more like a computer or at least if they copying from Apple then copy their damn "Tandem OLED" and improve on it for their phones in 2025... literally anything else that would be more useful THAT ISN'T AI people would be hyping it up. It makes the recent apology from samsung feel empty seeing this and I hope this was something they already had planned pre-apology or a scrapped idea that got leaked and we are just running with it as confirmed.
