iPhones are easier to repair than Galaxy phones. There are no pentalope screws holding the screen on. And there's glue securing both halves. I've replaced screens on a couple iPhones. I don't even wanna think about replacing one on a Samsung.

s7 edge screens are so fragile! I dropped mine from around 5 ft WITH a case on it and pink lines all up and down the screen. it fell on its face, I can still use it but the display doesn't it turn on sometimes. by far the most fragile device I've ever used! great video man! very VERY satisfying!

I found one of these in a similar condition underneath my car, when plugged in it shows a grey charging symbol but refuses to turn on, I'm suspecting that the battery is bad as it has a slight swelling at the bottom

For screen protectors for curved edge phones - there are ones available which use loca glue to stick on to the display properly.

Where did you find the places to resell the cracked but working display panels? Also, one quirk about these replacement glass is that the colouring are different. Your S7 is supposed to have that special reflective look on the back glass and the bezels of the front glass (which is called Black Onyx), while the replacement panels tend to simulate the pure black instead (called black pearl)

To avoid problems with customs officers, screens are from China, and are not allowed to use trademarks as logos. Basically legally they are fakes/counterfeit.
