My problem is I signed my tablet up with a "parent" account that works like a double verification code.. I haven't used my (Verizon/Samsung Tab A) Tablet or the Email account in over a year & I'm unable to reset my phone with out the PIN or Email

I hope this works i had kids mode on the tablet and forgot pin and what email I used to set up kids mode. crazy thing is I have had the same email for 20 yrs and this saved me for sure did a whole factory reset. Thank you so much

Power and volume up just started the device as normal. Tried a few times to be sure I was pressing correctly but nothing worked. There's a factory reset in the menu system but it requires account numbers and passwords long lost. I went to Google Devices and factory reset it from there- but the device still requires my lost Samsung password. I tried creating a new account but it won't let me because that email address is already used by me, and when I choose the option to retrieve password it just presents an blank white screen. I tried so many things and wasted so much time that I no longer even know what finally worked but I was eventually able to factory reset it with great difficulty and expenditure of time.

You made a mistake you push on/off button and volume up button and home key button at the same time And doing this does always factory reset as it asks you to put in the previous email account details due to being reset So how does it work to restart fresh without previous email details ?
