Its work with stylus pen , but not S-Pen , the responsibility depend on the stylus not the tablet , it may work better with an active stylus

Incase someone wonder the same, here I answer my own question. I just update my samsung note using samsung store, and I got the three circle color. However, for the panel bar for screen shoot, I still don't know how to get it

You can use the glove , but its better to get an active stylus , its more responsive and smooth and u can use palm rejection without gloves if the app support palm rejection
