I just got my Watch Ultra on Monday. It has been great so far.

Watch4. It still shows IF....When and....for how long you go under 90% SpO2 while sleeping. In fact they removed that particular indication or wording "Apnea".. Why? because with the Watch7 its "FDA" approved and is the "risk of...", also they moved that (how to name it?....) screen/whatever "PART" or integrated with (or within) Samsung Health Monitor. :P
