I always use extra dim on my phone. Makes a HUGE difference with an amoled screen. I have the flip3 and will be getting my fold4 in a week or so. Saved both of your videos so I can go through each one again when I get the phone in hand

A better way of making your phone feel faster is making animations 0.5 in the dev settings instead of taking them out all together. Makes it feel snappier and is way less jarring than having none

Just a note: If you have adaptive brightness turned on, you have to turn that off to get the extra brightness setting to appear

Great wallpaper! It's it original? Or from an app? Nice job on the hidden tricks. It's interesting about the animations and accessibility a lot of people go through developer options and scroll down and turn them off manually that way and you found a much quicker way to do it.

I down graded... I went for the S22 ultra to the fold4, why? I had numerous issues with the S22 ultra. I must say, this is a totally different phone of course. I'm kinda liking it so far. I got told it doesn't take very good pics, so far I'm impressed. I don't know if they can or will I do hope they do some camera updates. I mean, it's not a brand new phone and is STILL VERY $$$$! I can't get the finger scanner to work for me, is there a trick? I just noticed my wallpaper went from my SUV to I have no clue wtH it is. I don't understand why it did that? I didn't do anything! Is there a trick in setting background pics like they look in the pic? I get a closer up for some reason. I do wish the phone was bigger, it sucks trying to take a pic and you have to stand WAY BACK to get it all. Any good rugged recommendations for phone cases? Trick 1, mine doesn't show that.. Trick 2, same don't see it..

OK, crazy question. When I got my Z Fold 4 the messaging app looked like the one in this video (blue with 3 white horizontal lines). I just picked up my phone and the app icon is completely different. I searched my entire phone and cannot find the original app Icon. Also, the icon that has replaced it changed all of my settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The settings should be identical. I think only the home screen / wallpaper settings change

There is an option in the settings called "mirror home screen" to make the front and inside identical but in my opinion it's better this way.

On mine ( device protection ) is turned on out of the box. You cannot turn it off there's no button it's on. Just so everyone knows. I bought my phone from Samsung unlocked. ( I used Smart switch to go from my Galaxy Note 9 to the Galaxy z fold 4 ) what does bring over all the settings you have from your other phone if you choose. And yes it took me about 4 years to upgrade!! Because I did not see any real true upgrades from the s21 ultra, and the s22 ultra slightly bigger screen and another slab phone. Yes they have better cameras mostly in the zoom department. The pictures look similar. And I know the 21 ultra and 22 ultra have 104 megapixel camera, 10 times optical zoom, 100 times digital zoom, any 40 megapixel selfie camera.. That's all well and good but megapixels don't make better pictures by the way. Megapixels mostly make a difference if you want to print out a picture and you want to be really big and you don't want to see the pixels.. 12 megapixels is fine if you have standard size pictures you want to print. So again not worth getting rid of my Galaxy Note 9 but thankfully. Samsung gave me 525 for one of my note 9s, and 130 for the other one. So that's about 655. Selling these phones on my own I could probably get no more than $200 a piece. That's extra $255 more.. And currently I don't have to send the phones back I can only sell one of them if I want and I could get 200 for it which I'm trying to do now and just send back one of them and just get the 525 credit and it'll get me an extra $70. ;)
