Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 - NOT AGAIN

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 will retain the same camera system as its predecessor. A few days back, rumors were floating around that the Galaxy Z Fold 6 might snag the S24 Ultra's main camera. But anyone who's into tech knew that sounded too good to be true. Also, one of the batteries of the Galaxy Z Fold 6 has been leaked and it shows that just like the S24, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 will also feature a battery that's placed inside an adhesive pouch with a pull tab, which will make it easier to replace the battery if you ever need to.

@@Chan-tq5sl I would much rather pay $2k and actually get my money's worth than $1800 and have last year's tech. If I'm spending that much money, at least give me the best. Foldables already aren't competitive but you can get a fold 4 for $600 refurbished. If someone is fine with last year's model specs, let them get last year's model. I think Samsung is missing the mark by not making the Fold series the best of the best.

Oh um... I do think it is a lot, yes...for us I mean. Only 1% of people would be as happy as you for this suggestion. For the rest of us it all means getting their major upgrades away from their ALREADY OVERPRICED foldable, meaning they would be taking away from it and now making us go from "okay I'll just save up a few years, then maybe buy the latest fold..." Considering that OnePlus put flagship cameras inside the OnePlus Open, Samsung has no excuse for providing inferior cameras on the Z Fold6. If they are going to continue to charge $1,799 for the Z Fold, we expect the same cameras as the Galaxy S Ultra.

Changed from Fold5 to S24 Ultra and to be honest I will stick for a long time with candybar phones from now on. The Fold was great too. But yeah, I missed the camera and especially the zoom. Also didn't matter how careful I was with the Fold, I always was afraid it could break because it still made strange noises unfolding it after a while.

I have a ZF4, and the inner screen messed up after 13 months. Samsung Care + replaced it, but I'm going back to a candy bar phone. The camera isn't that great for the price you're paying.

If more foldable phones supported digital pen capabilities - i would deviate from the samsung line. Im extremely attracted to the Google Pixel Fold right now, but i think many companies forget about us s-pen users. I literally use the s-pen for everything - doodling, writing on my calendar, taking quick notes from the lock screen, etc. I cant imagine living without it, which is why I keep sticking to Samsung phones despite wanting to venture out and try something else.

I would personally prefer a better camera on the new fold, rather than a wider display. I've originally complained about the weird size of the fold but opened and closed. But I've fallen in love with the current display size and would NOT like it changed at all

Samsung needs to do SOMETHING a bit more significant than they have been with the Fold. I love the series, but even I'm finding little reason to upgrade every year. Only reason I did from 4 to 5 was that I went to get my complimentary screen protector replacement, and they bungled the job three times, leaving divets in the screen (from dirt trapped during installation) on the last attempt. I wasn't going to take a chance on a screen failure from that when I could still trade it in for a Fold5. I appreciate the flat fold, but other than that, there's really nothing different from the Fold4.

0:04 Honestly i think Samsung needs to step up there game imterms of foldables especially when you compare them to the likes of One plus,Homor, Xiaomi etc. Even if they are ahead interms of the software (although some might say they aren't) if they keep this up they are going to fall way behind especially when Apple will enter the game.

GalaxyClub has consistently been accurate to the best of my recollection. Therefore, I believe it's highly unlikely that the Z Fold 6 will feature the cameras from the S24 Ultra. As for as the other Z Fold phone they are launching this year, it's basically a cheaper version of the Z Fold 6, so expect the cameras to be not as fancy.

The Foldables (even Google and OPPO and these guys don't give you a stylus) are all expensive and with good reason. People seem to forget that 'folding' a display is not child's play. They're still a niche product well except for the Flip, that one seems to have caught on cos its cute and mainly affordable. The Flip 5 black version was going for 795 euros at one point, I was almost tempted. You're not paying for the cameras...you're paying up for the luxury of owning a foldable device. But some people act like children and want it all I guess. SO don't buy it and wait for a real upgrade.

I don't own a foldable and would really like to have one in the future but I do believe there is one glaring thing that people are not talking about. If Samsung were to make the Fold 6 or whichever one mirror that years ultra phone in every aspect (including camera, battery, integrated S pen), there will be a price increase and people are already complaining about the price of the phone now. I also would like Samsung to go back to the old days of this phone being the one that has all the features you would want and the S Ultra phones (former notes) having the second hand stuff but that's not going to happen anytime soon (it sucks but truth hurts). Let there be the Z Fold whatever with everything we want and the price starting off at $2400; the tech world would lose their ever loving mind.

I had the Z Fold 4 but I traded it for the S24 Ultra. I'm never going back to any foldable phone right now. My Z Fold 4 suddenly had an issue with the hinge 2 days before my trade-in date. Also there are a lot of reports from the user groups here in the Philippines that their inner screens have those black blotches in the middle of the screen.

my biggest problem with the fold phones is that the life expectancy is around 2 years max like my fold 3's hinge started having some issues and samsung has 0 walk in repair centers here so i couldnt even get it fixed without shipping it out for 1-2 weeks and after some time it just broke the inner screen when i opened it safe to say i will never buy another folding phone from samsung and i honestly hope to avoid samsung phones in general

I love the Z Fold phones ONLY for the big screen. After owning a Fold 3 and a Fold 4, of which both have had the folding screens go bad within one year. Because the fold doesn't hold up for more than a year i have had to make the hard decision of moving away from folding phones until these phones are proven to last for several years. Now im on the S24 Ultra, and im glad i no longer had to live with the potential screen issues that plague ZFold phones, i can't justify them anymore.
