Excellent! Thank you for making this, exactly same issue here, was stuck at the black rim panel. Not the best design if one screw is easily accessible, but the other isn't. Also bad design with having such thin plastic being the only thing holding the handle in. Did not even take that much force to break. -.-

I’m struggling with the back panel like you did. Can you provide any tips for removal beyond what is shown in the video? Is it supposed to bend like that?

@@eland1981 thanks for watching my video, its been a year now. I remember we have to put some thin screwdriver to hold that back panel in place and slowly pull it. I understand it’s little hard but it can be done. Sorry I am not more helpful.

Honestly, this model by samsung is a piece of shit. This handles plastic fasteners for the screws break so easily after repetitive use of the handle. I have had to replace the handle on this same exact microwave twice now. Also that plastic black covering the bottom screw is trash too. Its not easy to snap out of its place and it breaks at the vertical parts every time you try and pop it out. Shame on Samsung for this faulty cheap plastic crap. Definitely looking into getting a new over-the-range microwave if i have to deal with this again! I hope you don't have that problem with the new handle and it lasts long enough!
