This Refrigerator comes with a large bottom Freezer compartment and features 4-Door French Doors. Brightly lit white internal LED lighting, and spacious interior design with ergonomically designed removable shelving, humidity control cabinets for veggies, and a ice maker with water filter that features 2 types of ice output. It includes a slide out center door with independent temperature control for storing frequently accessed items, such as soft drinks, alcohol, beer, or eggs, cold cuts or other foods.
The bottom door features a deep freezer with 2 internal drawers for different sizes of food items or packages, with removable and easy access to cleaning. This powerhouse of a fridge is very attractive in the house and also is efficient with electricity, and very quiet when running. It also features a digital control panel with various options, settings, and simple communication with the user. Overall this product is excellent, outstanding, and after using it for over 1 year is a sure buy on my list.

I own this one. It rusted out in the back, where I could not monitor it. Cooling unit manufactured wrong. It contacted the metal backing, and condensation dripped down the back and rusted through. Wheel support calasped because of manufacture design is not strong enough and the replacement part has the same problem. It cannot be leveled. It rocks on the raised single foot adjustment. Lowes sent me to their repair people who said they do not repair these. They sent me to an independent repair business, who said they no longer repair Samsung because of the lack of parts, and support from Samsung. There is actually no one in the Couny who will repair this disaster. Just do not buy Samsung. Their dryer was a similar disaster. And NO support from Samsung.

the biggest problem with the samsung’s french fridges, is the freezer compartment. very hard to take it out and extremely hard to put it back. sooner or later, samsung’s fridges face the ice problem and very hard to move that ice compartment out without damaging it.

It is never a good idea to purchase a fridg with ice maker in refrigerator area. I have the Model RF30HBEDBSR had the Geek Squad out three times and they still cannot keep it from icing over. First it was improper bearing in the fan causing freezing then icing, then it was re-seal the ice maker area to keep excess air flow from getting into icemaker, then they changed icemaker completely, it still freezes at top causing the cubes to jam at top. You have to thaw and re set.

I'm not a fan of those dresser drawers and I also don't like to bend down to pick out my food, I decided to go with the other Samsung model which has the two large side door which is more comfortable and looks much better.

We bought this exact one 2016 and got the extended warranty ( thank goodness) we had it worked on 4 times because the ice maker kept freezing up and then they did a buy back. All I can say is always buy the warranty!

The house I purchased last year came with all Samsung's appliances. The Stove knobs are always breaking, and the refrigerator has been serviced 4 times in one year. I was thinking it was just the once the house came with, but after reading this comments, I am not so sure.

I have this fridge for about 3 years - what a piece of junk. It freezes all the time and stop fan from blowing air to cool the fridge. It has to be defrosted every few months and we were told by a service guy to defrost it for two days. What to do with what is in the fridge for two days is another story. I still have my old Maytag fridge which i replaced because i wanted a newer model with ice and water but that Maytag worked perfectly for 17 years. There are days I am tempted to put this Samsung in the garage and Maytag back into the house. Do not buy - if you do not want problems.

He is following this video and yes ice build up is right there. Will se how long will take for it to freeze again as I think this is to fix it however it does not resolve the issue.

@@williamlangman2577 Thank you for your comment. I did A LOT of research, and spoke to appliance repair people, and EVERYBODY advised AGAINST purchasing Samsung refrigerators. They have the LEAST reliability and the WORST customer service and part replacement according to the repair people. We were advised to purchase Whirlpool, as they apparently have a better reputation for reliability. So, that's what we did. We've only had the refrigerator a month, so well see how it goes. So far, no problems. 😊

I really hope you did not buy this piece of junk. I have it and we have freezing problems - have to defrost it every two to three months. My neighbour has it - it was leaking. My coworker bought it about a year ago and has issues with ice maker. Everybody I know has problems with it.

I have the Samsung French door refrigerator model RF28HMEDBSR is junk I replace the icemaker last April $395.00and it started to acting up in December and now it does work at all. I call Samsung and they only have a 60 MO warranty on their icemaker. They want to replace with some new icemaker for $700 with 6 MO I don’t think so. Don’t walk but run away from Samsung and don’t look back.

I bought RF4287HARS with 4 yrs warranty, during this time sometime ice maker stop, they told us to reset, we did.then it works again.. it's been on/ off like that. Now 5 yrs after since I bought this Refrigerator. Ice maker stop working. Never buy Samsung again.

Yup I have the same fridge. Biggest piece of shit ever. The twin cooling fails. It doesn't cool down properly and the fan ices up and makes a grrrrrrrrr noise. I have had two different repair guys out and tons of money into this Samdung. Now I will be moving on to kitchen aid. Shit started to fail just after 5 year warranty

My Samsung fridge like this one is as simple as they come and even then it only lasted 5 years and it is falling apart, collecting water the door flap is broken and it was serviced four times under warranty for the same thing (water collecting) and Samsung has denied it is a known, problem would hate to see this fridge a week after you get it home yet alone four years..Samsung should stick to making phones cause their appliances are pure garbage.

Do not buy this refrigerator it is a bad purchase for your buck. Guarantee that the ice maker go out first then the motors.
