Well the 21 came out mid pandemic and a chip shortage. Samsung wanted to release a phone that was affordable or at least not 1000+ People complain but forget what current events happend

In my country, we didn't got the snapdragon version, I have the exynos version but I still love, it have everything that I love and needed the most. I just got it like a week ago on a deal but I think I don't need any other phone for 2 years.

recently bought this phone. i used budget xioami phones. they had good spec but felt like i should buy a flagship because iv been using budget phones and see the difference between them. 1 they are wayy faster.. more optimised and have better sound etc. and has amoled screens which help with battery. my phone is rooted so i can remove all the junk apps it comes with. because i have the knox version, i cant use samsung apps due to tripping knox. but theres custom roms that bypass that and phone runs faster with all the samsung stuff working without the google stuff.. but altogether 100% worth getting now especially if ur budget is like £200/$250. got mine from ebay for £200 and was expecting it to be a fake.. but its 100% real. hope to be using this for a long while :)

I daily drove an s20 FE for two years and only had a few minor complaints with it. 1. the build quality on my specific FE was poor because the side buttons would stick sometimes 2. the rear camera was lacking, and the front camera sucked. UI updates have helped this though. I don't like the plastic back but clearly it didn't stop me from buying it. Battery life was fantastic on it. It was fast enough for anything I threw at it and was honestly a good value. That being said the phone isn't going to be supported software or security wise for much longer so I went to the s21 it will be supported with updates until 2026 and will still be valid technology for another 3-5 years. Going from any FE phone to an actual flagship is a worthy upgrade if you can afford it. Thank you very very much for explaining the battery life of this phone in the way you did. Why don't people understand that top shelf hardware is power hungry? Why don't people understand that 4 hours of screen on time is completely enough for the AVG user? thats 30min/hr for 8hrs!

I went from s20 fe to s21 plus, and although it's an upgrade I wouldn't say it's massive. I still don't mind the s20 fe at all.

This will probably be the phone I have for the longest... i finished paying it off, but it still works great. And while the charging port is a little loose but some chargers still work. Super happy with this phone although i prefer the size of the S23

Mine does overheat a lot when doing multi tasking and editing 2k videos for my YT channel. But I have dropped it like 20 times so that has something to do with it maybe? Other than that, it has been a great phone. Thanks for the video review. I just didn't like laying $700 for it when I got it a T-mobile last year. After I started using my S21 without a case I dropped it in concrete a few times and I cracked the screen badly so I don't recommend doing that.

I use a S20FE snapdragon 5g, which is very, very similar to S21. I love it, the only thing that I miss from my old Note9 is the Spen (but it compensates being lighter and more ergonomic). The back camera design is the single thing I think the S21 is way better. But both great, amazing phones. Amazing review, a consumer like us.

Hello I was wondering, using your reviews. Should I buy a oneplus 11r or a new samsung s21(exynos) now? They both are in same price in india except the fact that i would be getting 8gb +128gb in samsung s21 and 12 gb + 256gb on OnePlus I mostly use my phone for KZbin, shows and games.

I also have an s21 phone from February, and it's very slippery without a case, I dropped it twice and it has scratches on the edge and they are very deep, the aluminum edges are very sensitive, don't get me wrong, I love this phone, I take great care of it, but it's the most fragile phone I've ever had in my life. And the exynos processor is a bit weak when it comes to games like genshin impact, it's not very playable, at this price and considering that it's a top samsung phone, you don't expect it to behave like this.

I always take it as a given that we take Samsung phones with the Snapdragon cpu, forgetting that civilians don't know as much about tech as we do. I would agree that the Exynos version is absolute garbage and should not even be in production.

@@domell2119 Both charge slowly, with the Xperia having better battery life. The Xperia is a better business phone and awesome for media consumption, Samsung camera is significantly more reliable and consistent.

What is your opinion about limiting the charge on 85% using the battery protection setting? Also tell me what you think about the fast charging. Im planing to use the phone for 4 years at least

Charging up to 85 will prolong the longevity, but with a battery this small, it won't be enough. Go for the plus variant.

@nikos bru, my tipps always charge the phone from 15%-90%. I used this phone for more than one years and the battery still best one. Get SOT with wifi 6h and 5G 5h.

I love my S21 5g, I have no problems with it what so ever and I would recommended this phone in 2022 because you get a great price on it, also has more stuff then the new s22 which to me is dog shit just saying and Im surprised that I can take a pic of the moon and like I said from the start I have the normal s21 not the ultra just the normal one and it takes a great pic of the moon! Blows my mind away! So I would most like go for this phone in 2022 and don't upgrade till at least 2025 or 2026 because more changed is going to be better over the years! That's what I recommended.

I have the S21 and it's not an all day phone. In fact any phone with a high end processor isn't great. If you want great battery life get a mid range phone.
