I have the same tab what happened was this that it had some problem in sim , sim slot problem , we gave this to electrician and he just destroyed all tab it was stuck on home screen same like this and it is not even charging the same logo came as that , now we can't find a good electrician, so I am gonna try this , hope it works 😌
