Hanger Steaks DO Not make it That far down the line! You very rarely will find them in a grocery store. They are called Hanger steaks because the guys that hang the beef to break it down into primals, take them home for themselves! If you get ahold of a Hanger Steak, consider yourself lucky. ~Journeyman Meatcutter.

It was today watching this video that I realized why I connected with this man so much back in 2021 and became inspired to try cooking. He was and has remained authentic AF. This stuff never feels fake to me. He does what he wants, his way. That’s my reflection now. And even though the ingredients look a lot different now, those skills became essential in a -260lb weight loss journey that’s still going. I used to think it was just because he cussed.

Love it! Have been making a similar one all summer with flank steak. Also love your pizza flatbread idea. Although if anyone here is less ambitious than making bread on the grill, I've been buying the Costco garlic naan and just brushing it with garlic butter and warming/toasting it up on the grill while the steak cooks. Love your salsa topping so each bite has all the flavors.
