Hey guys! My daughter is disabled and has always helped me in the kitchen when i ask but after shes been watching all your videos she's actually getting in there and designing her own creations!! I thank you all so much for bringing her to the kitchen! Its so good for her mental health. Please consider a garlic press for her? Her name is Ally. Love and Light!

She seems pretty able to me 🤷🏽♂️ the biggest disability in life is a poor mindset. Keep encouraging her to do what she loves/ what makes her happy. Obviously help her if she’s struggling or doing something unsafe but allow her to be as independent as possible and let her thrive!

The jokes and the love are all there--and it's deeply felt (that's what she said...). Keep showing the world that guys can show emotion, too. Also, please make a stuffed baguette appetizer (hollow out a thick baguette and turn it vertically so it sits up in the pan. Coat the inside with Kewpi mayo. Roadt 2 red peppers until blistered. Chop onion and garlic and roast that too. Mix with more mayo, sour cream, crumbled pork belly bacon, and a mix of shredded cheddar mozerella and parmigiano. Stuff into the baguette. Toast until cheese is all melted. Serve standing up--as a tear and share using the baguette to scoop out its contents. Et voila!

Also a recommendation for faster and easier in my opinion. In Mexico we soften the tortilla up a bit in the microwave then we put the stuff on the tortilla, fold it up put a tooth pick to hold it shut and just drop a bunch in the oil at a time and the topping go on top of the folded taco. Just a “cheat” for busy moms and students.
