I had a similar experience, though I would make cup noodles and add some hot dogs and frozen peas in there. Food youtubers really changed my life for the better, though I can take credit for wanting to learn and practicing. It makes me so happy to cook my loved ones their favorite foods, and to know that they actually enjoy it.

I’m not a believer in coincidence Sam! My father-in-law passed away without warning/illness this past Saturday. Cooking is my love language! Mike aka Big Red was an amazing man with the biggest heart and a bigger appetite for good food. He would have loved these. I will be making a huge batch of these to feed my family and friends in the hope it brings a small once of comfort in our time of grief.

I'm totally gonna try this recipe. I never thought of making my own roast beef. I started watching your channel during Covid, and my family loves your recipes. I made the brioche buns yesterday and we used some of them for grilled jalapeño chicken burgers. They were delicious. Today we have a pork butt in the smoker and we will use the rest of the buns for pulled pork sandwiches for supper. Thanks for an easy, delicious brioche recipe!
