We are still loving this series, and Melanie is studying Spanish as we are going there next year. If your travels ever take you near Halifax, you have to try breakfast at Elle’s Bistro on Barrington St. The stuffed French Toast, and their pancakes are something else. Happy travels. Ahh I love the passport stamps! In a strange way, it reminds me of the scene in Love Actually where the one character is getting his gift wrapped and the employee ( played by Mr. Bean) keeps adding additional flourishes to make the package more extravagant. Every stamp I thought "that's cool!" and then another and another were added.

Ahh, we actually visited in January so it was the middle of summer. So, not that warm! Part of the national park actually closes during the wintertime because of the amount of snow.

I love this video! ❤ I am watching everything related to Ushuaia and I have a question: Did you take the train the same day? Or how many times did you go to the National Park? I'm thinking about how much you can cover in 1 day

We took the train one day, and then we went back to the park 2 more times by minivan so we could spend some time hiking. The train excursion didn't really allow for any time exploring the park - once you arrive at the park the train repositions for the return and you hop back aboard.

Great question! We've now had it done multiple times without issue but I can't say with absolute certainty it won't cause problems at certain borders.

I and my wife have been watching your travels for a long time. In this video my wife took notice of Audrey's coat and wants to know details: Insulated? How many pockets and where? Are there wrist cuffs or did you wear a sweater? Draw string bottom or snaps to snug? Can you state a brand name?

I kind of bought this jacket out of necessity on our first trip to Patagonia because I didn't pack accordingly. It's lightweight and insulated, but it's a men's jacket and an unknown brand. It was warm, but I also had a fleece underneath for the especially cold days. I'd check out the major outdoor brands because you can definitely find something similar.
