I agree. I'm a huge Samurai Jack fan, but even I admit this looks super rough. If they wanted to go the 3D route they should have used Platinum or TN, and if not they should have done a 2D Vanillaware style game with painted-style graphics.

Love samurai jack always wanted a movie or a game for it, the game doesnt look amazing could use a bit more polishing however the core concept is really cool and just from the pure nostalgia i'll probably play it anyway, my only hope for the game is that its not short and it does have a lengthy skill system (different moves, combos, weapons etc). Also love the fact that its adult swim season 5 was a blast, wish there could be a season 6 but by the way 5 ended i think those chances are slim :(

@@MKIIVII For starters, Cel-shaded graphics would have made a big difference...since it's a game based on a Cartoon. Now don't get me wrong, I absolutely respect Samurai Jack and the team. I watched Genndy Tartakovsky's Primal last year and it was f'n great. Anyway, back on topic...the graphics aren't bad per say, but I personally don't care for the current graphics they're using, nor the hit/miss sword play and enemies. Again, I like Samurai Jack, that's why I'm voicing my opinion on this game.

Keep in mind that sound improves game immersion, I'm sure they did a great job with the sound design considering the fact that they got the voices of the old cast . It was also made by a team that are passionate about the series. I'm currently playing sekiro again, it can look a bit rough sometimes especially during combat but sound of the swords clashing and stuff (sound design and music in general) is fantastic and it completely nullifies that roughness.
