Is it nostalgia speaking to me, or is the English dub in this game so good? And I'm speaking as a sub purist here. Though I think if I were to criticize Nobunaga's voice-acting here, I'd say it's slightly not the character in the Japanese version. That's it. The Japanese version of Nobunaga still has an aura of otherworldly mysticism to it. The English version is just aloof - an absolutely perfect fit for Nobunaga's Ambition, by the way.

SW2 butchered Nobunaga's story so much by removing Okehazama and Inabayama. How tf could they remove two of the most defining battles in Nobunaga's early career?

Hey wait Oda Nobunaga never made a cavalry charge against the Imagawa at Okhezama, He had ambushed them in the gorge after the rain stopped, Bcoz Nobunaga just had few hundred soldiers and Imagawa had around 25,000 troops and Nobunaga didn't attack the Takeda, It was Takeda who defeated Tokugawa Ieyasu at Mitakagahara and besieged Nagashino, So Nobunaga came to releive the siege

Well, I’m sure he never had a glowing sword and the ability to levitate either, just like Ieyasu probably never had a spear that doubled as a cannon nor is it very likely Okuni went around beating up peons with a parasol.
