Nick Barker is the man but in my opinion Samus is a really underated Drummer. this guy ENJOYS playing and whatever he plays (that i've seen till now) is flawless. If Dimmu Borgir was to change drummer this guy could be the right on to replace Daray...and I love Hellhammer as well.

I'd say the same thing. Nick was kind of "melodic" drummer in those two albums he recorded with Borgir. Those fills and every variation of beats were pure excellence. But this Samus right here did absolutely brilliant job covering this one. Such of explosive power in those blast beats and fills. Samus would be great replacement for Daray, imho.

So f'ing what if he's using triggers? The original is HEAVILY triggered. Triggers only change the sound. His drumming is still tight and accurate. Badass job, Samus!
