మీరు రాత్రిపూట భారీ చక్కెర లేదా నూనె లేదా పిండి పదార్ధాలు తినకూడదని నిర్ధారించుకోండి. పిండి పదార్థాలు లేదా చక్కెరలు తినే ముందు ఫైబర్ ఉన్న ఆహారాన్ని తినండి, నూనె ఆహారాలు కాదు. కొన్ని నెలల్లో అన్నీ సెట్ అవుతాయి. Just make sure you dont eat heavy sugar or oil or carbs foods in night. Eat food with fiber before eating carbs or sugars, not oil foods. All will set in few months.

Vitamin D normal range kante ekkuva undakudadhu andi bcoz this is fat soluble vitamin which in excess may lead to kidney failure nd bones malfunction. It should be under normal range.

But few things are not recommended. 1) Satvic Momentam 2) FitTiber 3) And many best Indian doctors videos available in KZbin on Gut cleaning and Liver cleansing. 4) Combination of vitamins exp: D3 + Megnisum B12 + Iron C Vitamin Intake and usages requirements etc.. Very informative Nijanga lifestyle ni marchukovali Atleast yearly once full body health checkup must and should.. Na age 26 , weight 75 due to lots of carbs,sugary foods, toddler stress ,stress eating, postpartum. By which I am diagnosed with pre diabetes, vitamin D and B12 deficiencies with high Hs CRP. I have started controlling my body with a diet , slowly reducing weight with No cravings . It's high time to stop eating highly processed food . We have a responsibility to live for our children 🙏

Hi, Can you please share us your meal plan in a day from Breakfast to Dinner . I have pre-diabetics, My Weight is 96kgs, Age-39. I want to reduce to 75 in next one year so that I can be diabetics free. I resemble you and please help me to achieve this . I take only vitamin d3 and k2 regularly, the rest you should take only if you have a deficiency andi..

Hii Sir I am a Clinical Dietitian, you are taking perfect amount 10 k IU of cholecalciferol I. e D3. Because adviced Vitamin D3 per week is 60 K IU , usually we advice D rise 60k IU for vitamin D deficiency patients.
