This happened to our restaurants but the customers were the culprit. We caught the customer on video sliding in the viagra pill on the dish plate. They tried to say it was there when we serve it but the video shows that they planted it there. They called the next weeek complaining about it and trying to get something out of it from the restaurant but the manager said we can show them the video and we will put it out on the news! They stopped arguing with the manager after that....and low and behold they showed up the next few months to dine in again!!!!!!!some people have no shame!

Such a fkn lady: Not true for my elderly friend who has severe arthritis and other physical pain issues. Her doctor will not give her an opiate. She made the HUGE mistake of putting on a medical questionnaire - years ago that she went through treatment for alcohol 35 years ago. Stayed sober and never abused prescription medication, EVER. She’s never liked taking ANY medication. So -- she suffers -- ever effin day and maybe gets 2 -3 hours of constantly disturbed sleep at night. Her take away from this ? She has stated - numerous times that she NEVER should have let any doctor know that she went through treatment for alcohol abuse -- never thinking that when she got older she would be suffering on a daily basis with severe chronic pain with no relief. That’s what she gets for being honest.

WOW! I'm glad they saw it before eating it. A friend of mine & I went to a Dennys one night, ordered some nachos to take back to her house. When I got the nachos to my car, my friend smelled them & didn't want to wait. When she dug in, it looked like someone had cleaned their hairbrush into our nachos. When we took the nachos back to Dennys less than 5 minutes later, the manager very apologetic. He had the nachos remade. We checked the nachos before heading to the car, they looked fine. When we got to her house, we started eating. Halfway through the nachos, there was a clump of the same hair. It was so disgusting! We took it back to the Denny's, this time the manager accused US of putting the hair in the nachos just to get a refund! That was a few years ago. Neither she nor I have been able to eat at a Dennys since then.

They probably had someone in the kitchen that was high because there is no way someone would put one in there on purpose. Norcos go for 10-15.00 a piece on the street. That pill looks like a regular Tylenol though, the markings don't look like what a Norco says. Norcos say M365 for the lower mil like 7.5 and the M367 for the 10/325. The 5/325 are not shaped like that, they are much wider with red speckles, I'm sorry but that is an over the counter Tylenol.

Had a sharp piece of plastic in my food at torchys taco. The manager offered to remake the order. He told me that I was lying. I showed him the issue. Still didn't believe me. After explaining that I'm a licensed medical responder, and the consequences of ingesting a sharp object he changed his tune. Filed a complaint, just like these folks, and never visited another torchys taco again. If these people were looking for financial compensation it would be different. They just want to make sure that someone doesn't have the same issue. There are plenty of medications that people are prescribed that would negatively effect their health if they swallowed this drug causing an interaction with their meds.
