Pop and the organization have been so thankless with manu, they underestimated it, with garbage contracts, with the bank. (Do you need momentum? Make it headline, give it 4 minutes and take it out to lead the second unit) You must respect your heroes, you don't have a big in the bank and you let the whole press treat you as the sixth man. The one who never scandalized or abandoned you. Instead they clothed the wrong hero who abandoned you the first time (leonard) and his already controversial injury. But when you no longer had a background, without Leonar, Duncan or Parker or you fought important things, closing a game, a series, a last quarter, they always looked towards Manu. They will say that they removed their jersey with all the honors. But Manu earned that, they owed him, with 16 seasons of effort, dedication and achievement. Pop knew and recognized it; without manu there are no rings. I don't expect them to make a single grimace, when eligible for the hall of fame, any more than they did in the 2005 final with the election of the mvp.
@danortega7484 жыл бұрын
Yes, manu and Tim's selflessness and loyalty save the legacy of pops. Where could have he be without these players?
