This is Historic Market Square it has various events that happen throughout the year but it's definitely most popular during FIESTA each year. The summer time has much larger crowds when people are traveling or on vacation

I visited Houston, San Antonio and Ft Worth a couple of years ago and if you want to see a lot of cowboy hats on a weekend the Stockyards at Ft. Worth is the place to go and also have fun listening to good music while you admire the hats.
