okay good shoot but a couple of pointers your mic is picking up a bunch of feedback so if you're in a noisy area the best thing to do is a voice-over when you have put together your video instead of trying to talk with the waves and ocean you're becoming distorted and nobody can hear you. second if you're trying to get underexpose more because you're 1.4 is letting in so much light use ND filter preferably Tiffin 0.6 that cuz down three stops of light and allows you to understand more when using stroll with lenses that are really low aperture

Brandon Cole Photography Brandon Cole Photography thanks man. Yeah I didn't plan on doing this shoot so about half way through my lav mic battery died so all I had was a6000 built in mic. I'm not a fan of placing anything over my glass which is why I don't use filters. If anything I'll drop the fstop a little.

Anyway I'm not using a Sony camera but I'm currently using a Canon 6d, and I was thinking about buying the Canon Ef 200 f / 2.8. I heard it well, its sharpness some argue it's a bit soft at the maximum 2.8 aperture but looking at your photos would not say to me it looks sharp enough even taking pictures at 2.8

just the lens is great. if your using with sony you wont get the best auto focus but is def usable. but im actually selling the 200 since i have the sigma 135

Thanks so much really appreciate that. Sony is a great system as is the rest of the big guys. I'm sure with whatever you have you can get the same if not similar results. I was a canon shooter about 5 months ago but all the features had me switch.
