So this client has her nails detaching from the finger tips. Like the white ends of the nails are getting deeper. As it’s only noticeable in her ring fingers, does it make sense to assume it’s the san jiao? What points could you think of?

What is the most serious side effect that can occur when the needle is inserted in the wrong place or deeply in acupuncture?

Pneumothorax (puncturing a lung!) or puncturing a vital organ, bruising, puncturing an artery or the spinal cord or brain. It’s truly important to needle safely and be supervised in college before practicing 🌷
