@Acuproacademy Thank you, I'm both asplenic and (as a result of the major rupture & full abdominal surgery thereafter) have "frozen abdomen" (or massive abdominal adhesions for anyone reading who may not know what that is). My large intestine also deviates now where my actual spleen is missing. I'm seeing an acupuncturist for nearly 1 year now. Although not as consistently as I was when I started. We always focus on my upper body pain (right upper back, neck, sinus, and ear). It does provide relief but I feel as though I may want to seek a practitioner more like yourself who truly evaluates symptoms along with individual history. Or in other words, the problem isn't necessarily where the symptom erupts. You clearly embody that in your practice! Also- you're inspiring someone like me, at 44yrs old, to learn and possibly seek training in the future. I think I'll start with one of your books... should I enroll in professional training, I know it will be a gem of a resource ♡

Hi Clara! Thanks for your work! You stimulate me to think more))). Perhaps I do not understand everything correctly, because I watch a video with Russian subtitles. I hope the google translator has correctly translated my question. It is very interesting to hear information that you can prick Sp1 with heavy bleeding (in particular, menstrual bleeding). I always imagined that the bleeding was the Weakness of the Spleen. And pricking Sp1 will have a laxative effect, draining. In order to strengthen the Spleen, I do indirect cauterization of this point. Tell me, Clara, what technique should I use to prick this point in cases of bleeding? Thanks again!
@Acuproacademy3 жыл бұрын
You are correct that is there is heavy bleeding it can be the spleen not holding the blood within the blood vessels or it can be due to excess heat. Prick to bleed SP 1 is to stop the acute bleeding. But then you can look at the pattern (SP deficiency or Blood Heat) and treat it accordingly to prevent the bleeding from reoccurring 🙏🥰 I hope that makes sense.
