They offer you the help you need, the difficult part is learning how to take the help. Its feels like you're totally lost.

We pretty much are lost in the first part of sobriety and that's why it's so important for the first year to pick up the phone, take all suggestions, go to meetings and surround yourself with sober people. We literally can't trust our instincts until we've come to understand them and rewrite them. I appreciate the comment!
