Because of sand driving, I bring the milwaukee 2 gal aircompressor, since I tested the little ones that have a 10 minute limit. They will break. So I got the high end one. And instead of pumping for an hour, I pump for 3 minute all 4 tires from 16 psi to 42 on my land rover. Love it! And I float on sand. I go anywhere

@TheRealPOTUSDavidByrd3 жыл бұрын
@@stufoo yeah but seriously anybody with a truck going off road should have a fucking 12v air pump capable of getting them at least kinda close to street PSI from sand PSI along with a basic tool kit and basic recovery gear. It's not expensive and way cheaper than calling a wrecker. The biggest 12v pump at Harbor Freight is like $70 and is quicker than the gas station pumps and fits in a laptop bag with some extra air lines and whatnot.

Here in Delmarva we have Beach tags for your vechicle. You absolutely cant drive on the beach without one of these tags. You have to have 4x4. certain AWD, a tow rope, a shovel and a couple of boards. If you get stuck and dont have the stuff. The fine is huge. The outterbanks are the same way. Every year there are tourists who show up with rental SUV's or worse the family CUV who just drive out into the sand and get stranded. They dont even air down. East Coast sand is very soft. The Park Rangers/Water Police write tickets all day. It is amazing the stupidity of people
