Your title is confusing. Does it suggest that a sand workout will give you more explosiveness and better footwork on the sand, or does it suggest that a sand workout will give you more explosiveness and better footwork on hard surfaces? All you're doing for your body, your timing, and your coordination, by training them in the sand, is training them how to adjust and respond in the sand, which won't give you an advantage on hard surfaces.

mike think.. obviously takes more effort to train in the sand, therefore when you do these on normal surfaces, youll be stronger since its less effort of course.. as for the explosiveness and workouts in the sand.. you will get faster and better too at the sand since thats where your muscles are getting accostumed to.. smh

With regard to athletes, many football coaches and sprint coaches say that while it builds leg strength soft sand running slows down leg speed. So, wonder about that for awhile. You may also want to stop getting so excited about proving someone wrong without proper research.

@@mikecrook8434 i removed the doubt that i am not a fool haha :P oh sorry FOOL.. and see now youre making assumptions too, cause i have no ego and i dont get provoked at all, only when they hurt animals. and if you dont want people to "make assumptions" try asking a clear question, cause who in the world will know you are talking about sprint speed after you get told a logical answer bluntly
