Sandbag training is underrated in (functional) strength. You can develop whole body strength with just sandbags.

@@coachbiggsremedy9634 I would just like to take a moment to compliment how you took care to reply and like so many comments and create a simple and useful video with no nonsense; regards to that, from Brazil! God Bless, and more than that I wish you the best thing I could ever wish you: if you don't know Jesus, to know Him, and if you do to know Him more and more in truth and holiness; for He is the only Way, THE Truth and THE Life. Because you are made in His Image to be His Image; and there is nothing better than knowing the very source of purity, beauty, justice, life and power - and to be reconciled with Him as your Father. That looks like a pretty good footwork drill too. It's got all of the elements of a throw. The grip, the explosive hoist, the step in and turn, and the slam. Kumi kata, kuzushi, tsukuri, kake. Nice! 👍😊
