I have lossed 15 kg of body weight through the regular practice of yoga... 1. Halasana 2. Dhanurasana 3. Sarvangasana 4. Karnapidnasana In just 6 months and this gives me inner peace and happiness.. Finally, due to covid-19 my weight lose strategy failed but I don't.....
