Hello, no sorry I have not encountered this issue yet. have you tried to reset the device, this may help (just make sure to back up your data) you may also try to update the software in case this may also be the issue. another thing you can try is re-uploading the files or finding alternative files to see it that does the job. i hope this helps.

I love portable music players. I hate that phones are getting bigger and bigger now with battery issues. I jog a lot and won't be bringing a large phone while doing that, hence asked someone to buy it from me in the us. Here's the thing, I love it! The simplicity is everything... Until the actual clip at the back broke. Apparently it was made by cheap plastic which is not part of the warranty. So no replacement for me. I am heart broken because I bought for its portability. Great review though!

Yeah, phones are out of control. If I had a choice, I would use an android phone the size of the iphone5. With the low profile case I had on my Iphone 5s, it was perfect. With any luck the market will made it worth it for a company to make one.

I copy my music to the music folder on the player with my computer. And to play the music I select Folder (not Music) in menu and go to the music folder to select what I want to play. I have folders in the Music folder with whole albums also. The player will play all music within the folder one after another but will not access/play music in folders within. To play those you must be in the folder (example: Metallica folder) and select a song there to play .

Thank you so much for this in depth review of this mp3. Iam also a fan of standalone mp3 players as i find phones to be heavy and super inconvenient for music, especially on a jog. I have to say this looks decent however the biggest negative for what it actually is would be the price. Where iam from this comes up to nearly 70 euros which is outrageous. I do think lots of good mp3 players got redone with cheaper materials over the last few years while the prices kept inflating but regardless i wouldnt have a problem getting one if i knew it would serve me well for years. With that being said thanks again and take care.

From my part, after the last song plays from an album, it stops. You need to select another song or album. Unless you have it on shuffle, it will continue to play the next song.

Hello, For this model, unfortunately you do have to reconnect your headset manually. It does save it, you just have to select the bluetooth option in the menu, you do not need to pair it again, just connect it. I hope this makes sense, please let me know.

The "Plus" variant does not have a card slot, so storage cannot be expanded. You're stuck with either 16GB or 32GB.

Hello, Sorry for the late reply. I hope you were able to upload files into your device. In regards to your question, I just dragged and dropped my mucis files into the "music" file of the device. the same thing could be done with audio books, but you need to make sure the audio books and music files are either in mp3 or wmv format, that will be easily read by the device. I tried something like this and it did not work. I connected this mps3 to an adroid phone (c-port) with a usb adapter. The adapter then connected to the mp3 through the usb. However, the phone did not recognize the mp3. It could be that a more powerful phone can work. I mean in theory it should work, but I have had no luck on my side.

Hello, the radio will only work with a plugged in headset or earphones. You may want to double check that the cable is plugged in all the way. You can also try to rotate the aux when it it inserted, this may help. You can also try different location or walk around to see where you get the best reception.
