Two weeks. Twelve to fourteens hours a day. And it turned out gorgeous. Welcome back, Sandy. My favorite “artist”,in the fullest sense of the word. I wish you’d do a full walkthrough, but a two week, fourteen hour a day walkthrough is perhaps too much. Suffice to say that colored pencils don’t get the credit they deserve. And neither do you. You should have a million subscribers. A long time admirer here. I finally got a you tube account and subscribed today. That piece is magnificent. Welcome back, Sandy. Welcome back.

Beautiful! I liked the paler roses when I saw them but absolutely loved the updated ones, they are so vibrant and gorgeous. I truly admire your tenacity and patience… I seriously doubt that I could spend 12-14 hours a day for 5 days on a project 😁. But it turned out so well that it was worth the effort. I never thought I would like a pencil drawing so much! I'm not a big texture fan with pencils but you are changing my mind! This is absolutely stunning! TFS

I haven't finished the video yet so I apologise if she does this later on but if you don't like that texture from pencils you can use odourless mineral spirits (Gamsol/Zest-it etc) to blend the pencils. It just melts the pencil, fills in all that texture and white space and looks almost like paint! I absolutely love the way it comes out.
