Im doing an egr on fiesta,aye ur right its a hell of a job ! Just hope i can connect ALL the electrical cables so many of them 😂

Good video, done this on a 207 recently 👍. Top tip of the day is to stick the metal gasket on with a dab of rtv. As it's tricky to get it lined up with bolt holes. Very easy dropped down back of engine. Those wee clips are so fiddly, I ordered a replacement that you tighten up with 7mm socket. Strangely, a 2008 207 HAS an EGR cooler, but 2010 does not. Both 1.4 hdi, same tax band. They had different gearboxes too 🤔

funny that is has the ST seats and the ST steering wheel, even it is just a 1.4 TDCI van.

I've changed mine today as it was stuck open and now I can't get it to start! Any suggestions for what could be wrong?

Any ideas what it was? Fuel filter needed priming?
