Thank youuuh sangeetha cheechi .enikk 67 weight ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു ഒരുപാട് പരിഹസിക്കപ്പെട്ടിനു. കുറേ you tube ചാനൽ നോക്കി തടി കുറക്കാൻ നോക്കി but ഒരു result ഉം ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു ...അങ്ങനിരിക്കെ ഞൻ ചേച്ചിയുടെ ഈ video കാണുന്നത് ഈ കഴിഞ്ഞ മർച് മാസമറിയുന്നു ഞൻ എക്സസൈസ് ചെയ്തു തുടങ്ങിയതു.. 2 മാസം കൊണ്ട് ഞൻ 58 kg ആയി ....ഞൻ ഇപ്പോ ഒത്തിരി happy യാണ്

First sangeetha ചേച്ചിക്ക് ഒരു "Big thanks " ഞാൻ Exercise start ചെയ്തിട്ട് 5days ആയിട്ടേയുള്ളൂ but ഒരുപാട് weight കുറഞ്ഞു ,എനിക്ക് പറ്റാതെ ഞാൻ മാറ്റി വെച്ചിരുന്ന എല്ലാ dressകളും ഇപ്പോൾ എനിക്ക് നന്നായിട്ട് പറ്റുന്നുണ്ട്,ഭയങ്കര മാറ്റം തന്നെ കാണാൻ പറ്റുന്നുണ്ട്,എനിക്ക് വിശ്വസിക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല ,മടി കാരണം മൂന്ന് വർഷമായി Exercise ഒന്നുമില്ലാതെ ഇരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു , PCOD ഉള്ളതുകൊണ്ട് conceive ആവാൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടായതിനാൽ weight കുറയ്ക്കേണ്ടതായി വന്നു so അങ്ങനെ Exercise startചെയ്തു, എന്തായാലും Big thanks

ഒരുമാസം കൊണ്ട് 3kg കുറഞ്ഞു... മുൻപ് ഞാൻ 68kg ആയിരുന്നു...ഇപ്പോൾ 65kg ആയി....മുൻപ് ഈ Exercise ചിലത് 30sec മാത്രമാണ് ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിച്ച ത് ...ഇപ്പോൾ എല്ലാം 1min ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുന്നുണ്ട് ....Thank you Sangeetha chechi....

Njnum ee exercise follow cheythu aftr delivery..around 2 months follow chythu with diet also..i lost 8 kg..i was 68 and now am 61..inim oru 6 kg kude kurakanm..so i restarted exercise and diet..its very effective

ഞാൻ ഈ exercise start ചെയ്തിട്ട് 4 ദിവസം ആയി first 2 day നല്ല pain ഇണ്ടായി body full, Bt I don't wanna giveup ഞാൻ പിന്നെയും try ചെയ്തു പക്ഷെ ഇപ്പോൾ ആ exercise തന്നെ continue ചെയ്തത് കൊണ്ട് എന്റെ pain ഒക്കെ കുറയുന്നുണ്ട് 💯.... എനിക്ക് വലിയ തടി ഇല്ലെങ്കിലും മുന്പത്തേക്കാളും ഒരുപാട് തടിച്ചു weight കൂടി 😔എല്ലാരും ഇപ്പോൾ തടി വെച്ചല്ലോ എന്ന് പറയുന്നു അത് കൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ കുറച്ചിരിക്കും 😌🤸‍♀️🏃‍♀️

സംഗീത ...... വലിയ ഒരു thanks ആദ്യമേ പറയട്ടെ..... ഈ exercise ഉം പിന്നെ സംഗീതയുടെ തന്നെ diet ഉം ഞാൻ follow ചെയ്യുന്നു.... 2 months കൊണ്ട് എന്റെ weight 71Kg ൽ നിന്ന് 64 Kg ആയി..... പ്രത്യേകിച്ചും സംഗീതയുടെ diet plan ന് thanks..... അത്ര പ്രയാസമില്ലാതെ ചെയ്യാവുന്ന ഒരു diet ആണ്

Njn ഇന്ന് thudanganu. 🤩oro exercise ചെയുമ്പോഴും body muscles നന്നായിട്ട് workout avunnud. Njn aftr delivery 71 kg ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. After 8 mnths reduced to 65 kg without exercise and diet. My target is 55kg.
