This video is beyond perfect. The details, voices, wording.. everything. Personally, the old-school Councilors are my favourite. I prefer the Halo CE look of Sangheili, they seem much more agile with a more slender look, especially compared to the....halo 4 and halo 5 sangheili.... *shivers*

I wonder how much punishment the armour lock system can take. We know it can take wraith mortar shots and scorpion shells but can it take carpet bombings, Mac rounds, cruiser 'glassing' beams?

I don’t think we’ve actually seen Sangheili using armor lock outside of Reach. I certainly can’t remember reading anything like that. As for the Spartans, it wasn’t like how we see in the games at all. It was more a “oh crap” system for when a Spartan is tumbling about, to prevent them from snapping their own limbs and necks.

Major Thesk I know, I do Lore. But it stated in First Strike that a Spartan will stay the in whatever position their body was in, once activated. The Gel Layer will lock up, in a way.

The only thing that was missing was the Sangheili Councilors. Why weren’t they shown? And CEA could have been used to show Zealots in the ceremonial armor but in gold. Also why wasn’t Xytan ‘Jar Wattinree wasn’t shown either?

As for Xytan, we don’t know if that was a standard issue armor for an Imperial Admiral or if that was a custom set. Also we had to condense it to pretty much military sets that we know of in detail

There is a collaboration between the UNSC and the Arbiter’s Swords of Sanghelios: The Anvil Initiative. It’s basically a concept of playable Sangheili returning in Halo Online, a Russian Halo PC game, but it was scraped a year ago, but according to Jeff Easterling, the Anvil Initiative is still canon. Hopefully we’ll see it in Infinite

Thanks man! As to Kaidons, their armors varies like any feudalistic society like those of Japanese lords or Greek kings. Prison guards didn’t had enough intel on their background or tech, nor did the Imperial Admiral Armor. We have no idea whether or not it was the standard harness for Imperial Admirals or that it was a custom set Xytan ‘Jar Wattinree used by preference

If you think the voice acting is cringe inducing, there's no harm in that. But tell us what you find lacking about it.
